I genuinely don't know what this app is talking about. My stylist swore that THIS EXACT shampoo and mask is going to improve my hair (3a type hair) and it did in just 2-3 washes. It worked magically on me and my mom. HER hair has doubled in thickness and MY hair has been very shiny and soft to the touch if taken care of. It comes in a HUMONGOUS bottle. The only complaints I have is that it doesn't come with a pump, it's pricey and you don't have it all around the world.
