Is this cream good for dry skin for adultes?

I have very dry skin, my kids also, and I'm in love with this cream! It's a shame it doesn't come in bigger packaging.

How come that Azeta SPF50 in the 50ml and 100ml packages are rated differently? The composition is exact the same.

Also, Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide are not present in nano form, at least it doesn't say so on the label, and this is advertised as main advantage of this product.
