It's very moisturizing without being oily.. however the smell is a little too strong but it's not offending..

The smell is too strong. The original version has a much milder smell.

Alternative products
while being pretty light weight, it is extremely moisturizing (more so, than the Body Shop's Shea Butter hand creme, which I used before). Personally, I like the smell a lot but if you have really sensitive skin I wouldn't recommend scented cremes.
