It works well for me, I put small amounts and tap them out properly and they cover my dark circles so well. My dark circles are genetic so I can't just drink water or sleep to get rid of them. I love this product a lot

Alternative products
I tried it and it is very inefficient. Barely covers anything and it feels as if ur mixing oil and water. The emulsion is not good.
