Dry shampoos are tricky in general and it is very hard to find one with actually okay ingredients. This ticks all the boxes more or less and it is definitely a good alternative. I buy it to have it just in case and i'd say to just was your hair or use a certain hairstyle until you can wash it instead of just relying on always using dry shampoos. however, i personally have greasy damaged hair and i'm trying not to wash it more than 1-2 times a week or sometimes I'm very busy so i understand. But as i was saying it is better than others, just use it with caution, be careful not to swallow/inhale it or get it in your eyes, wash hands if you touch it. It is also nice that they come in more colors and it doesn't live a weird white cast or at least one that is super noticeable like many other dry shampoos do. As it is affordable too, it is worth it
