Unfortunately, probably the worst conditioner I've ever tried. I really hoped I'd like it because I love the ingredients but it does absolutely nothing to the hair. I used half a bottle and still my hair felt brittle and tangled. The only good thing is that it doesn't have harmful ingredients but it won't serve you at all. I don't see how can anyone say it is a good conditioner... Btw, my hair is healthy, natural color and long.
