I have dry, sensitive skin prone to redness. My skin has no reaction to this product, no redness, no burning sensation. It has a small silver ball on bottom to apply the cream which is nice cause it gives that 'cooling effect'. The cream is transparent and water like. I would recommend it, although when I put it on at night it dries tje skin a bit.
