I highly recommend it! This is the only product that helps my husband who has DS. He also washes his beard with this shampoo and it cleans out the patches and scales. I use it from time to time,if I have dandruff and it clears the scalp wonderfully. Eventhough it takes the smallest amount of this shampoo to wash my long hair,it extremly dries out the parts of my hair that have highlights.
