I tried this product and I don't know why it started to burn and my face is all red... What does it mean? Am I allergic to it?

@randymelba thanks, I don't know how I could improve my care routine .... at the moment I only use a cleansing gel and a moisturizer, I don't know what else I should add, my skin is acne sensitive
