I can't agree with the comment here.
Many many people are in love with the product,perhaps a rushed or messy styling might lead to "nest " like look.
The 0/20 score doesn't mean the product is bad.
It gets that score because it has Silicone D5,which is banned in Europe due to ecological reasons.
In reality, Silicone D5 is used in many products
When used in styling products, D5 helps to control frizz, add volume, and provide heat protection for hair during styling. It also makes the hair easier to brush without breakage ,hence why they have started putting it in more and more hair conditioners.
As a matter of fact,most of the penalties given are not due to bad ingredients but rather ingredients that arent eco- friendly.
