It does what it says on the tube. It moisturises and relieves very dry, cracked skin and keeps skin moisturised so you do not have to keep applying unless your skin is very dry. Palmer's allegedly uses sustainable sources, so you don't have to worry about the production of the palm oil or cocoa. They claim to be cruelty-free, however, they do sell their products in other countries that require animal testing by law.
I would not say this product is vegan friendly.
