The maximum allowable limits and concentrations are dependent on the use of the ingredient in:
(a) Substance used in oxidative hair dyes: After mixing under oxidation conditions, the maximum content applied to the hair shall not exceed 2,5%.
b) Substance used in non-oxidizing hair dyes: 2.5%.
For a) and b):
- do not use with nitrosating agents,
- maximum nitrosamine content: 50 g / kg,
- to be stored in containers without nitrite.
