Restriction in Europe: The restrictions and maximum permitted concentrations depend on the use of the ingredient in:
a) Oxidation dye for hair coloring: after mixing under oxidative conditions, the maximum content applied to the hair must not exceed 0.6%.
b) Non-oxidation dye for hair coloring: 0.6%.
