Restriction in Europe: The restrictions and maximum permitted concentrations are dependent on the use of the ingredient in:
a) Oxidation colouring agent for hair dyeing: after mixing under oxidative conditions, the maximum content applied to the hair must not exceed 0.45 %.
b) Non-oxidising colouring agent for hair dyeing: 3.0 %.

For a) and b)
- Do not use with nitrosation agents.
- Maximum nitrosamine content: 50 μg/kg
- Store in nitrite-free containers

For a) and b):
"Hair dyes may cause severe allergic reactions.
Read and follow the instructions.
This product is not intended for use on persons under 16 years of age.
Black henna tattoos may increase the risk of allergy.
Do not colour your hair if:
- you have a rash on your face or if your scalp is sensitive, irritated or damaged,
- you have had a reaction after coloring your hair in the past,
- you have had a reaction to a black henna tattoo in the past."
