The restrictions are dependent on the use of the ingredient in:
a) Oxidation dye for hair coloring
b) Products intended for tinting eyelashes

For a) and b): after mixing under oxidative conditions, the maximum content applied to the hair or eyelashes must not exceed 1.5% (as sulphate).
- Do not use with nitrosating agents.
- Maximum nitrosamine content: 50 μg/kg.
- Store in nitrite-free containers
