Disodium cocoamphodiacetate is an amphoteric surfactant commonly used in personal care products. It is a mild foaming agent. It increases the foaming power of a solution by increasing the surface viscosity of the liquid that surrounds the individual bubbles in a foam. it is authorized in organic products.
