(a) Oxidation dye for hair coloring: After mixing under oxidation conditions, the maximum concentration applied to the hair shall not exceed 2.0% (calculated as sulphate).
(b) Eyelash coloring products: After mixing under oxidation conditions, the maximum concentration applied to the eyelashes shall not exceed 1.75% (calculated as free base)
