The maximum permissible concentrations in cosmetics are as follows:
(a) Substance used in oxidative hair dyes: After mixing under oxidation conditions, the maximum content applied to the hair shall not exceed 1,0%.
b) Substance used in non-oxidative hair dyes: 1.0%

For a) and b):
- do not use with nitrosating agents,
- maximum nitrosamine content: 50 g / kg,
- to be stored in containers without nitrite.

Wording of conditions of employment and warnings:
(a) The mixing ratio must appear on the labeling.

This product is not intended for use on people under sixteen.

Temporary black tattoos based on henna may increase the risk of allergy.

Do not color your hair if:
- you have a rash on your face or if your scalp is sensitive, irritated or damaged,
- you have already made a reaction after having colored your hair,
- you did in the past a reaction to a temporary black tattoo with henna. "
