The maximum allowable limits and concentrations are dependent on the use of the ingredient in:
(a) Oxidation dye for hair coloring: After mixing under oxidation conditions, the maximum content applied to the hair shall not exceed 1.0%
b) Non-oxidizing dye for hair coloring: 0.5%.
